I've visited the food lion twice and spent over $200 both times. I was in the full service line, paid for my items, only to learn I had to bag my own items. The first time I visited I was a little upset that I had to bag over $200 worth of grocery while other customers continued to get waited on. The second time I visited, the same thing happened in that I was expected to bag my own items in a line which clearly said full service. If customers are expected to bag their own large purchases, they should be told prior to the cashier taking payment. I will not be making large purchases from this grocery store.
