This Wendy's is a joke. Quite possibly the most mismanaged Wendy's anywhere. I was greeted with the following at the drive thru tonight..... " HI. We are out of frosties, chicken sandwiches, spicy chicken, ketchup packets, salt packets, buns, and tea. Can I take your order?". This is a regular occurrence at this Wendy's. They are also THE slowest fast-food resturaunt in America. The only way that this location is still in business, is they prey upon the unsuspecting truck drivers and out of towers that stop to get fuel and gas at this truckstop. Locals have stopped coming here, because it is ridiculous. If a Wendy's Executive happened to stop here, the place would be shut down immediately. This Wendy's franchisee should have their franchise agreement pulled. They are giving the Wendy's brand a VERY bad name. 0 out of 10.

This Wendy's is a joke. I went there last Friday, and was going to eat while on my 30 min break. I'm a truck driver, and they are located inside the Pilot truck stop. There was a line inside. They took 3 orders at the counter. 2 people walked out. 1 guy was sitting in a chair in the line. I did my entire 30 min break while standing in line before I had to leave. There were still people in front of me that were there longer than me, and they hadn't been able to order before I left. Some of those people are locals, and they said it's always like this. It is a truck stop where drivers do there 30 min breaks. The GM should be fired!!!! They care more about drive through more than the front counter. They really need to close down this Wendy's permanently. They weren't even understaffed. There were about 8 to 10 workers.

I am driving back to Minnesota from Florida and my family decided to stop and eat here, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had a Wendy’s the line was so slow and overall it took us almost an hour to order our food and receive our food. The line honestly wasn’t even that long it was just the service. Overall I will not be returning this place ever I’d rather not eat then go here. The food was also mid. 0/10 do not recommend.
