This is the worst furniture store I have ever encountered. I bought a dinning set from them and it was delivered damaged. they sent a technician to fix it who made the table worse(2 different colors now). now they are giving me the round around about replacing the dinning table. I Will Never Shop at Ashley Again!!
WORST furniture store EVER!!!!!! I bought a bedroom set in December. It is now May and I still dont have it. Was told to come in and pick a new one. The delivery team damaged my home when the other furniture i ordered was delivered. No one calls back and NOTHING is EVER rectified by these people. The manager Ahmad is good but he can only do so much. Stay away from this store!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!

I will never shop at this store in Woodbridge ever again they have the wrost customer service here they tell you one think but it really another...you cant cancelled your order if you fine something difference...
Having the exact same problem here. Waited two months for my order, then received a call to ask me to pay (again) for shipping. Resolved that issue, then received another call to ask for another $200 because they "undercharged" me.
Oh wow that sounds horrible. Give them a call and ask for the Store Manager. If that doesn't help ask for his district supervisor. They will assist you!
