Consistently the most frequently late delivery of any place ever. Today, was the last straw - they forgot to make our order. After over an hour we called to check on it, they hung up on us. I called back and spoke to a manager, they blamed it on new staff and made no effort to make it right. At least they refunded us after much back and forth. Do yourself a favor - go with Scratch, Main Street Pizza, Luke's, etc.

I ordered pizza at 530 said its be here at 630. Its bow 7:11 and i still have no pizza havent called yet because this is becoming a consistentl issue with them, and this will probay be the last time i order from here. The service has went down hill in the past year, and the cost has went up. Dont recommend going or ordering from here. I'm so hungry 😫 😩 😕 😪

We had ordered the big daddy pizza and an order of the cheese bread on 09/05/22 for the football game. Well the pizza was actually good but the Cheese bread was hard as a brick. I understand mistake happen and I’m sure they were busy considering it’s the first weekend of college football and the bread might have just been left in the heater too long. Well we call back and explain this to the manager at the time and she was understanding and very polite about it and offered to give us an additional 20% off on our next order. We already work at crown Laboratories so we also get a 20% discount. I call in the next day to order more food and cash in on the 40% discount offered and I’m not sure what happened between now and then but it seemed like I was talking to a different person. She was blowing hot air when I mentioned it and said well we don’t have a 40% discount button. The only thing I said was well why did you offer it then?.. she proceeded to say hold on and just put me on hold when another lady said she was the general manager answered. We told her the situation very nicely and then she says that she didn’t appreciate us being rude to her other manager. At this point I told her never mind on the order because it made us feel like we were in the wrong trying to use the 40% discount offered. I will never do business with that location again. Multiple people from work tell me they are very rude and I got to experience it first hand! Would not recommend!

Customer service isn't what it used to be.. If you want it fixed go above his or her head. I'm sure the owners of the location would be happy to take care of it..
Some stores have a later delivery time than their in-store time to balance the time needed to make the orders and get things closed up.
