I've been in the ED 3 days straight due to an allergic reaction to some meds. Ive been having problems breathing and end up passing out. I've begged them each time to keep me and they didn't until the last visit. Been waiting to be transported to Lincoln NC since 5:30 pm and I'm still waiting. They are rude and don't answer your questions. I haven't seen a nurse since the shift change. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone. I'vebeen having p

If I could give a lower rating I would. Very rude and inconsiderate of the patients. Not a good experience at this hospital. Please if you can go to another location. You've been warned.

I came to this place with my daughter and was horrified by the way they treated her. She was in tremendous pain, vomiting and passed out three times. The staff was terrible & extremely rude and insensitive. I was begging them to help her to only be told to sit down and wait. We waited 6 hrs with my daughter in such a terrible state. Her appendix almost burst and she had to be rushed into emergency surgery. She could have died if it would have burst. Please don’t go to that hospital if you value your life.

PATIENTS BEWARE: There's a "standard charge" that is basically a cover charge for entering the hospital as a patient. Even if you don't get a room, nursing care, or use supplies (I simply had a test done), you'll be charged based on whatever 'level' they deem you. They'll also tell you that federal law prevents them from disclosing these charges until you've been triaged, but even after you're checked in, they don't tell you. Additionally, they make available the price of tests an procedures--citing this law seems like a flimsy excuse to exploit the consumer. Not shocking this dump has a 2.3 rating. This place charges an astronomical fee to, literally, sit in the waiting room, so beware. (Of course, they don't disclose this at any point during your visit--you'll just get a nice surprise charge on your EOB.) And, if you ask for itemization, they'll give you the run around because they can't even explain their own "standard charges." You're better off just dying instead.
