Called 311 to reserve a shelter, it forwards me to the parks and rec number. I leave a message and never receive a return phone call. I attempt to reserve a shelter on parkandrec.com as message recommends, but returns a blank page when I submit information on request page - on both phone and Google Chrome. There is no option to reserve a park shelter on the CLT+ app, which is mentioned when calling 311. AND Calling 311 from Sardis Road area returns an automated message 'the service you are calling is not available from this location.' This is ludicrous and needs to be fixed.

Hi Thomas, the boxes for the soil, information sheet to send with the sample and an informational brochure are available outside of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension office, located at the Armory building, 1418 Armory Drive.
