I have been bringing my dogs to Atrium Animal Hospital since December of 2012. They have always been the most amazing, receptive, kind staff that has always taken great care of my dogs, through the good and bad times. I highly recommend them to all my friends with animals.

My experience with Atrium Animal Hospital was amazing. To begin, we had an issue with our rabbit's eye. She had escaped her enclosure and had an adventure on her own in the wild for almost three weeks. When we found her and got her home, she kept her eye mostly closed (but otherwise seemed fine). It's extremely difficult to find a vet in the Charlotte area willing to look at a rabbit. We finally were referred to Atrium Animal Hospital from another vet, and when we called on a Monday found they were booked for appointments for 10 days (another was 2+ weeks). However, they advised to call first thing the next morning to see about any cancellations. We were able to grab a mid-morning appointment to get our rabbit seen. The new patient and check-in process was flawless. Dr. Morrison was great as well. He carefully explained what he was doing, and gave the impression he was interested in me understanding and learning. He invited me to look as they dyed both eyes to investigate any damage, explaining what he saw in the eye with the issue. We only needed some antibiotic drops, but Dr. Morrison explained how he administers the drops in detail. I appreciate the time and care provided for our rabbit after her injury during her adventure. I'd recommend Atrium Animal Hospital for anyone with exotic / non-standard pets.

Dr. Morrison is a special type of veterinarian that you don't meet everyday. The level of passion and care he has for his patients is just incredible! My guinea pig was sick and declined a bit overnight since his appointment the day prior. Dr. Morrison did not hesitate in saying to bring him back in for fluids and observation, and when he gave me an update on my guinea pig, he didn't make me feel like I was overreacting at all. The front desk staff and vet techs were equally as caring and passionate about the care they provided - something we haven't found at most other vet clinics. I believe my family just found our new home clinic for our sweet guinea pig!

I am not sure. They are one of a few veterinarians that work with exotic animals.

Someone told me that Blue Buffalo dog food was harmful to dogs. Is this true?

My dog was fine until I gave her this food. She ended up with an aggressive tumor and had to be put to sleep. I would not advise giving it to your dog.
