My dog is βveryβ anxious at the Vet and Caroline went out of her way to have him wrapped up in his blanket and carrier when I picked him up. Very appreciative of the experience Lulu and I received here in this location! I accidentally missed my alarm and was late for the expected drop off time. Thankfully when I called, the staff was able to fit us in for the dental cleaning. During check-in, Caroline was patient with my questions and did so with a smile on her face. When Lulu was ready for pick up, Dr. Clinton reached out and provided a nice summary of the visit. She had great bedside manner (even if it was over the phone) and I felt my baby girl was taken care of. Thank you to the Banfield team.

Absolutely horrible customer service via phone. Was hung up on the first time I was able to get someone on the phone, and after calling for 30+ minutes, I finally was able to get someone, just for her to not help me, stating βI have a line of customers in front of meβ¦..β and then hung up on me.
