I have had the best experience with the South Park Banfield. I’ve been taking my golden doodle, Finley, here since he was 8 weeks old. He is now 11 months old! Huge shoutout to Amber - she is so kind and goes above and beyond in caring for my Finley. I always look forward to seeing her when Finley has his appointments! Finley has been to the vet countless times for tummy issues and Amber always made sure to get Finley scheduled and taken care of right away when he was sick and that has been the biggest blessing. She takes great care of us! We are so thankful for you Amber! Shout out to Dr. Speights as well, she is wonderful and I feel so safe leaving my pup in her care. I am truly so grateful for the amazing team here, you all are the very best!

The only time I have good experiences at this location is when Dr Higgins is present and unfortunately today, she wasn’t. Brought my cat in for scheduled dental work today. Was asked to pick her up at 4pm. Sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes until they brought her out. Got to the car and found the door to her crate wasn’t even latched. Also, 2 different people in the office asked if I wanted to add nail trimming.. I responded yes to both of them, but her nails weren’t clipped. When I called to ask about it, they said the service was declined. Won’t ever schedule anything without Dr Higgins again. I’m sure the vet did good work, but it’s always something and it’s too stressful. The office staff is very friendly and compassionate.

Front desk girls are always smiling and friendly when we come in as well as the nurses that follow through and greet us. This is a great vet office. Every appointment the staff always seems to work well together with my questions and concerns. My babies always walk out happy every time. I appreciate even on what seems very busy days someone there always follows up with me. It shows they care even when they are super booked and busy! I will always bring my pups here.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 7, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 7, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 7, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 7, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
