My husband scheduled me an appointment to get my windows tinted to 5%. I had him make the appt because his father owned a tint business and I have no idea about tint I just want it dark. I drop my vehicle off and they remove my old tint and put the exact same shade I had 35% in the back 15% in the front. They said they would fix it so I came back just to be rescheduled again. These people love to talk and explain themselves. Anywho So I brought it back on the rescheduled date for the 2nd time and they refused to fix it. The woman was there and was very belligerent even my husband thought so because they insisted on speaking on the phone to him and explaining themselves.Very unprofessional. Average tint job. Definitely not a 5 star company. I’d rate the overall tint job 4 out of 5 stars because there is visible dirt. Customer service is a 1. Organization is a 1. Overall experience is just horrible. When my husband had his car tinted he also had to bring it back a second round for a removal and retint because they did a very unprofessional job on his car, coming from somebody who has worked underneath a professional window tinter.

By far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. They completely butchered my car and messed up the tint on the initial install. When I brought it to their attention they weren’t happy about it and they did not have a good customer service skills at all. In the end they fixed it. Decided to give them another chance brought my wife’s car in there and now my wife is furious. I told them I wanted 5% tint when I scheduled my appointment. They did not put 5% on my wife’s car and now they wanna argue about it because we are trying to address the issue. We come in one day and the owner of the shop tells us how the lady that does the tint has her issues doesn’t do a good job anyways. He tells us to bring it back in a couple days when she’s there and when we show up the day that she’s there we encounter nothing but resistance and disrespect. Do not go here if you’re looking for a quality tint job this is your typical hole in the wall you can get your car tinted. My father owned a mobile window tinting business I know all about the business I know how to schedule an appointment and tell them what I want. Basically we paid them $260 to remove tint off of my wife’s car and to put the same exact shade of tint back on it.🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻
