Ordered a new bedroom set. It came when promised and their delivery guys did a great job setting it up. When they finished, we noticed an issue with the attached mirror on the dresser. We called Ann at the main store, explained the issue and she ordered a new strut with hardware. Today, the guys showed up with the new parts and within ten minutes they were done. Great job!!!

Hi I bought a new sofa and, tv console, and bedroom set. The sofa did not operate properly after a month or so - made a loud noise and was annoying. I also needed a drawer and two handles replaced. Ann worked with me for almost a year but she ended up getting us a new sofa because she knew I was really frustrated since we spent a lot of money. Today they came with a new drawer and put two new handles on ones that didn't tighten properly. I want to thank Ann for all the hard work she put into this to get a new sofa and also for ordering new parts for bedroom set! Awesome job Ann!

Enjoyed worked with Eve. Very friendly and listens carefully to items you're looking for. Called and left her a message and they didn't give it to her. That was frustrating.
