I'm a thousand trails member and this is my first time here. The roadway surfaces were horrible! Bumps, dips, potholes, drop offs... they forgoe maintenence but sign new people up all the time

Would give 4 stars if not for the elderly resident who cussed out my tiny special needs son for squealing at the pool when he jumped in. This large tattooed long haired senior bellowed curse words at my little guy after just a couple minutes at the pool. It is a “family” park with play ground no age restrictions. So should have been a great stay. Other than this resident who I believe is mentioned in other posts for his less than welcoming attitude. Sadly we won’t be back.

The first night there we was told by a long term resident don’t let ANYTHING outside unless it’s locked. Ok, well that’s common sense. Come to find out it’s not other people there camping that’s stealing. The campground places your check in papers outside on a board unsealed. Somehow the homeless got the code to the showers and they aren’t doing anything to stop them and they are the ones who are stealing. The entire place is worn down. They don’t seem to put anything back into the park. Staff is not very friendly. The laundry area you have to download an app to pay to start them. I went to wash clothes and 4 of the 6 dryers had the same clothes in them for over 3 hours taking up dryers for others. Sign in laundry room says not to run all the washers at the same time cause they won’t drain. The office isn’t open on weekends, only Saturday till noon. No one follows the 10 mph speed limit. No security. We understand it’s Florida but fire ant beds that could be exterminated.

VERY friendly staff! Got me into a great spot as a new driver. Nice dog area. Terrific pool and laundry. Bathrooms need some updating but clean and serviceable

Yes they have animals in the park. The permanent trailers in the parks run different prices. I own one and can rent weekly or monthly. They do a background check on folks first though. Call the office. If interested have Mike give you Patrick Bentley’s number.
Thousand trail and encore Parks don't have a 10 year rule, what they're looking for is to make sure your unit is not dilaplicated. Normal wear and tear they are okay with little dings, that kind of thing. I mean if you're missing a piece of siding and they might be okay with it., You can't have like a giant hole in it, things along that nature.
You must call the office as each road has a different price..you pay a little more for the convenience of being closer to the pool and bathrooms and the nicer pull throughs.
Set your TV to 'Live TV'. Make sure your cable is securely connected and tight to get a good connection

Yes to cable. Wifi is thru Camplink. Site prices vary throughout the year. The office staff is very friendly, just call.

No, If your looking for rental then your going to need to call only a few places have rentals and they might be the tiny homes
They have Camplink for a charge. You set up an sccount, put money on it for day, week or month. Limited to two devices at s time.

I am thinking of buying rv that is in storage there don't know really anything on being have 3small dogs want to get prices of yearly rates not into moving around is there a group I could join to help with ling term rates thanks

Yes and ABSOLUTE YES on dogs and showers. It's BEAUTIFUL my best friend is staying long term. The lots are very spacious. They have amenities like pool, whirl pool. The have entertainment bingo even events off premises casino boat for example which is a must! The campers male you feel just like home whether you make this your home or you're just staying home away from home. What sold me was allowing pets.
