THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Multiple phone calls, long hold, tried to transfer me and hung up. One said she would call with update, she called the wrong number after reviewing she had the correct number. She left a message to call and once again on hold, if she'd called the correct number I could have spoken with her. They have no regard that these chairs are absolutely necessary for our lives.

After being on hold for 30+ minutes, giving up and requesting a call back guaranteeing your que, no one has called back after 4 hours. Spoke with service tech yesterday. She was very nice, they all are, and stated she was requesting a loaner chair as the parts needed will take an indefinite time to receive. Have had this Permobil chair for 3 + years. Same issues with charging system numerous times. Loaner chair was to be delivered today by 12 noon. Now 2pm no chair, no call. We had same bad after sale service pre pandemic as well. Do not buy a Permobil brand chair and definitely don't purchase anything from Numotion. UPDATE: Was finally informed yesterday it is going to take 1 to 2 MONTHS for chair to be repaired as it takes that long for insurance to approve. Ridiculous, it has NEVER taken more than a few days in the past. Asked about the loaner chair, was told none are available. Asked about a rental, none are available.

I have to let you know about this I'm still waiting on them to contact me about my electric wheelchair I hope it comes really soon we're working on the paperwork now

God forbid that something breaks on the wheelchair. It will take a month to receive the replacement part. When you call in to inquire they will just talk sweet to you and tell you that a manager will call you back quickly only to not hear nothing and realize they are closed for the day. Customer service is in another state and will NOT give you the number for your local office. Brenda promised a call back that day and we never got one. Catherine never called us when we were told she would that day. Instead of them having parts on hand they will suggest that you use your backup chair(which we don’t have) or to rent one( in which we won’t be able to find one for a Child) so here we are stuck with no working wheelchair the weekend before we are supposed to go out of town for a funeral of an immediate family Member. Thank you nu motion you are the absolute worst
