The bus is very clean and comfortable the only thing bad it's a 2 he delays between buses they need more buses running

I just missed a very important doctor's appointment that I waited over 3 months to go to and I can't reschedule for another 2 or 3 months because the bus just decided it was not gone stop. It's bad enough I have to sit outside 10 to 20 mins early every time the morning bus come just to be sure I won't miss it if it comes early but to be waving the bus down before it even pulls up to your road and it still pass you is unacceptable. Then you call to try to tell them turn around I can still see you and nobody answers the walkie until they 20 mins down the road. This sucks for people with no transportation or family to help. I literally just have to miss appointments or get charged for being a no show when Im always EARLY !!!!!!

I am no longer affiliated with this organization by choice. Wouldn't recommend as a work place but they offer useful services for the elderly including food and transportation.
