There are a few things that can cause this, but we're definitely capable of helping out. If you'd like to bring by your console, we generally charge a $30 diagnostic fee, which is applied towards the total of any successful repair. Once we've successfully diagnosed what the issue is, we can call with a full quote before anything else.
Hello Miguel, Cost to replace your screen on your S21 Ultra would be $369.99 plus tax. The OEM screen comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, not including physical or water damage. We would need to know what color of back you have to coordinate the correct screen.
