Every great once in a while, the service is so exceptional it remains a stand out. This happened a few weeks back at the Michaels on Fairview in Simpsonville. My friend and I were indecisive about finding just the right frames for a handful of photos and cards, and Susan approached us. She explained she had a parcel to wrap for a pick-up and then would be right with us. We went to the cashier to purchase what we had found so far, and an amazing young woman, Katherine, responded to our inquiries about the certificates on the wall to support children with back to school supplies. Katherine’s genuine enthusiasm for the program was contagious and we eagerly helped her add to her collection. By now, Susan was available and she unwrapped our purchases, and with her knowledge and expertise helped us beautifully arrange two frames to hang on walls and one collage to stand alone. Neither of us has ever met with two such lovely ladies, each talented in her own way, both gracious, kind and caring. You bet, we’re regulars at this Michaels now! Linda & Jack
