Replaced all 4 tires on my car and they did it same day with no problems. I called ahead to verify when the tires would be in and they had them expedited from another store in the area to get my car done faster.

I needed a tire repaired. (Eventually ended up being replaced) I got there about 2 hours before they closed. I was told that they could not fit me in because they were under staffed as it was. I understood their situation and was willing to leave. I could tell that it kind of bothered the person at the desk to have to turn somebody in need away. They took time to try to help me in my situation. Even though they could not fit me in. It was very refreshing to find personnel at a business like that. Eventually one of the desk personnel decided to take my tire back and replace it for me so they didn't have to bother any mechanics on duty. It was a gesture I did not expect but trust me it was greatly appreciated.

I will be caught in a ditch on the side of the road before EVER coming back here again. The customer service is appalling. I was quoted around $250 on the phone for a suspected battery replacement. I ask if i can pay over the phone and the woman says no. They replace the battery, but it ends up not being the problem—car still won’t start. But when I get to the shop, the man at the desk tells me the total is $279. I ask for a itemized copy of the bill and he acts like he can’t find or print that for me until I have paid. So I proceed to ask him how much the battery was, he says $181. I tell him that I can find a battery for much cheaper elsewhere and that I want the old battery put back in. He says he can’t do it because there is nobody there to perform the service—with 2 other techs standing next to him. This was an hour before closing time. So he says they will get to it tomorrow. So the next day comes and I call to check on my car and see what I owe for the labor since I did not purchase or use the battery. The woman quotes me $52.25….so $181 and $52.25 add up to $233.25 not even remotely close to $279. So now I’m at the part where I pay (remember how I said she wouldn’t take payment over the phone the last time?) well she certainly processed my payment over the phone this time. 10/10 do not recommend.

That is some thing that you would need to verify with the store. Care card locations change all the time so its best to just verify with the location prior to making the trip out.
