I attended this gym before the pandemic and used to take my 14 year old son with me, I started to see changes in my body in just a couple of months, I loved the energy and intense exercise, I used to go home feeling amazing. I stopped going due to covid and after they open again I couldn’t join due to work schedule so I had to stick to home workouts but my son asked me to enroll him again, he has been going for almost a year now and he loves taking classes with Vince, Mike, and Tommy. He has lost a lot of weight and is super motivated, he has learned to love fitness and it has become part of his lifestyle. HitFactory has become his favorite place in Brooklyn. If your schedule fits their classes dont think twice join and you will not regret it, its definitely worth it! 💪
