Great place to sweat a lot. Keeping this real, spacious second floor, over packed with plenty of gym equipment. Can't walk without bumping into at least two or more machines. The free weights are kept off the floor, but some clients are still slam dropping their weights; too many banging around.

Love it here. Lots of equipment and great staff. Feels like family here.

Murray the owner is great as well as David and staff. Only complaint is when the machine is occupied by people not using the machine- cellphone browsing is the norm. Or a dumbbell bench is a receptacle for personal effects. Otherwise unlimited amount of machines for every body part.

U sign up pay for the membership and show up to the gym with the record of it... they pull up you information when it enters the system and then give u a card and number at the gym itself... make sure u bring ID and the record of payment
