Is there a receptionist at the front to sign up? I'm confused since I'm looking at the outside view images and it appears you have to walk up some stairs to get there?
Also, when you sign up, do you get a member card to swipe in or something?

Receptionist desk is on the second floor. You get card with the number. When you come in, you need enter your card number

There is a receptionist up the stairs.... the gym is upstairs
