not very crowded .
Theres just the right amount of people any machine at night time that you would wanna use is usually free. Plus a ton of treadmills and ellipticals. So far never had to wait for anything. Also the atmosphere is very friendly and people are always willing to share if the need arises... plus added benefit of 24/7
