Went in yesterday and waited to make a deposit. Only 2 clerks and of course the customers they had had problems so we just kept waiting and waiting. The manager needs to notice the 10 people in line and open another line. I gave up and left.

Everyone at this branch is amazing! I’ve never had a negative experience. Inelda is my favorite! She’s awesome. The wait times can be long, but that isn’t the staff’s fault! They do the best they can, and they do a great job. Highly recommend Suncoast!

I came in just to get a new card and they had me waiting over an hour just so they could skip my turn.. horrible customer service I will not be coming back! and I just want people know how bad they really are!!!!

Yes, you do have to come into one of the many branches to open an account. I have a personal account and they needed my drivers license and social security number as well as name, address and telephone numbers.

You can join Suncoast if you live and work in the community. That's what I did. I didn't belong to any special club or organization.
