I was so excited when Park Fitness opened this small but mighty gym. I had been traveling to the Y. Having PF close by was the first plus. The second plus is everything else: friendly and supportive staff, a clean environment, all the basic equipment you need. AND AMAZING TRAINERS! I've been working with Rachel for almost a year and have become enormously stronger. A personalized approach to address my age and capabilities. (And she's hysterical and talented and all that!) The ambiance is perfect. Great music that does not overwhelm. Respectful members. AND SO DIVERSE. Truly represents the community, not something you always find in gyms. I'm hooked.

Honestly the absolute best experience coming to this Gym. Not only do they have excellent service, equipment for most workouts, solid pricing, and most importantly a local gym for the neighborhood. The gym operates organically and effectively, given everyone including other gym members all help each other. Would not recommend anything other than Park Fitness!

I've been doing personal training with Rachel at Park Fitness for the past several months, and it's truly been a transformative experience. I never really had a consistent workout routine and wanted to get into lifting but felt very intimidated. I took the plunge and signed up for Park Fitness's personal training intro special. Rachel designed a program for me to build enough strength to get on the squat rack, and with her guidance I'm now lifting far more weight than I ever thought I could. Rachel has great energy and she's super motivating and knowledgeable. I now actually look forward to going to the gym. Park Fitness is really clean and well equipped, staff are friendly and helpful. Also very convenient if you live in the Kensington/Ditmas Park/Prospect Park South area. Cannot recommend the gym and Rachel enough.
