The drive thru line wasn't that long, waited at speaker for a extremely long time still didn't take order had to park and go inside. Drive thru person could have said extremely busy inside instead of ignoring me after asking why the wait. Manager helped right away inside

I ordered the new strawberry frosty, and 1 double cheese burger it was a little smashed, but the taste was great. The drive thru was a little congested, because of 2 ways to enter. However drivers of both ways were courteous to each other.

The dine in area was closed, while there was people clearly in there, and the door was locked. There was no sign or anything that says why the door is locked. When clearly the hours for it close at ten pm, I just wanted to drop in and grab my food but can’t, There’s always a problem with this location, man fix your store.

Pick-up window is quick. I ordered Baconator large combo and the only large thing was the drink, fries were average, burger taste was expected but in general it was a total SHAME!! For $13.11 I better would have gone to In-n-out and had 2 Double double cheeseburgers.

I agree the price is big. I've been at that Wendy's. They have are really bad at there job. If you are ever near venice and Hughes there is a Wendy's by there. And that one is always good.

The total change in the restaurant mess everything up.This restaurant was my emotional shelter when i used to an indifference with my ex girlfriend.Now all that is gone.Also earlier tonight wanted to enjoy my meal.Really $10.49 for such a burger that it didnt taste that good.Also the two fountains drink machines where down Even the ones inside the kitchen where down as well.Not only that no lemonades drinks available and no more chicken tenders.So this restaurant has become a shadow of its own self.Sorry wendy you drop the ball on me tonight around 8pm.Wanted it to be a pleasant visit and really just two available drinks on the second fountain machine.And both of them diets.Dr pepper diet and A&E root beer diet.really guys.What a dissatisfaction
