They're not organized, they have one speed, which is below below normal. So massive amounts of people waited in line and I for 1 didn't get Waited on. One guy said he had been there for 4 hours when he was leaving

Worst CDL DMV ever. I went there to take the pre trip inspection, skills test and road test. Within three minutes of the test I knew the instructor would fail me. He sneakingly advertised he does classes on the weekends and trying to sell his classes. This felt totally like the third world country bribe system. Never ever go to this CDL DMV. This place should be under investigation!

Does anyone work here? I have watched 6 employees walk out to smoke in the hour I have been waiting. One woman went twice. There is only one person working the counter. The other woman just takes pictures and hands out numbers. The rest are in the back gossiping, I know because they can be heard clearly.

Why 5 stars? Well let’s explore the reasons. 1. This place is the great equalizer- just about everyone has to go to the DMV and everyone is just a number . 2. Bob is awesome. In my experience the rest of the staff are very courteous and helpful especially to elderly people. 3. The people who work there don’t come to work every morning hell bent on making your life no miserable. It’s not their fault you didn’t remember your birth certificate, moved or got a new car. 4. Check the web before you go for Real ID requirements etc. I had a copy of birth certificate but needed an original so had to come back. 5. Plan on it taking time and be patient.
