You need to go here. Don't go anywhere else. These folks are the real deal- they're the kind of smart that doesn't get thrown in your face, especially when you're not particularly computer savvy, but they have a million tricks and so so so much extensive knowledge. I was able to get my bitlocker fixed within the hour after being on the phone with customer service for my laptop and Microsoft for hours. The rates are extremely reasonable and the service was excellent. The sweet dog was an added bonus to the experience. I can't say enough good things, so much so that I'm writing this in my car right after leaving!

I went to Kevin's Computer with the hopes of getting a good refurbished computer mat a decent price off him. The staff was so nice him and his assistant always answered my calls and when I went in, Kevin tried his best to find me something within my price range for work so it had to be good with at least windows 10 not S. He unfortunately didn't have anything ready but he went above and beyond for me we exchanged numbers and he looked up computers that he thought were great priced and great computer's. I ended up going with a refurbished Dell laptop with windows pro and I upgraded to Windows 11 and it was a $710 computer I paid $280. I've had it almost a month and it's been great so far no issues at all. Thanks to Kevin if it wasn't for him I wouldn't know what I would have done. He is not a swindler or anything like that, he could of easily sold me something that day I'm sure but didn't because he is a decent guy. Thanks Kevin for taking the time to find me a few different computers and helping me.

We do screen replacements on most notebook computers. Call the shop and tell Kevin what model your computer is.
We can recycle your old computer but we usually don’t buy old electronics. Feel free to call and check.

It is a common failure point and it may depend on make model as to if the DC jack is replaceable or it is part of the motherboard.
