Decent for a NYC hardware store. Reasonably laid out with helpful staff.

I called 5 minutes before they closed asking if they had sodastream canisters, which they confirmed. I told them I was 2 blocks away and they said they couldn’t confirm they would still be open when I arrived. I got there with 2 minutes to spare, as they were locking up the door. The two employees just shook their head nope, despite having just talked to me! I would understand if it was past closing time, but to close early knowing a customer is en route is particularly poor customer service if you ask me.
