Excellent service. We were looking to match existing cup pull drawer handles, in a sort of rush. I submitted an inquiry through their website with a link to a Google Drive folder including two images. Being impatient, I also called. The person with whom I spoke gave me an email address to send my pictures. Shortly after sending, he replied with a link to an extraordinarily close match. I replied saying it looked good and asking price and to confirm they had the finish I needed. Again, he replied promptly. All for a less than $30 sale. The next morning (today,) I went in a picked up the pull we needed, seamlessly. The shop itself is clean, bright and well organized. I'll be back when we have a larger project.

An UES standard for high end, fancy, overpriced bathroom & kitchen fixtures, cabinet hardware, Baldwin B.S. and other ridiculously overpriced things that do the same work as items half the cost. I.E. $300 - $600 toilet paper dispensers. Employees are nice though and store is nice to visit.
