During a recent rain storm, my roof began leaking in 5 different places, from the foyer and into my kitchen; talk about stressful! A friend had used ServPro of Hicksville/Plainview in the past and raved about them, so I called. It was truly the best call I could have made. They were here in no time, assessed the damage and immediately got to work. I had one point of contact, and he took care of everything, from dealing with the insurance company (enough said there!), explaining the process, arranging the services I needed, constantly checking in and reassuring me, basically taking this tremendous load off my shoulders. And I cannot say enough about the men who were at my house every day doing the demo. They were respectful, hard working, pleasant, dedicated professionals, and at the end of the day, they cleaned up thoroughly. Right away, I felt confident they would do a great job, and they did not disappoint. My bathroom sink overflowed last night. We called Servpro Hicksville Plainview and they came within the hour to extract the water and clean all the rooms. Water was everywhere! They left their drying equipment so we won't get any mold. The Project Manager and the Crews were wonderful and so knowledgeable. I feel very happy and relieved today. What a great company. I highly recommend them.
