Yes, they do have a soft wash treatment for siding and the roof. It's not the cheapest but it is effective
Hey Michael, the best course of action would be to start with a cleaning, once the system is cleaned it will allow a flush and inspection of the gutters and leaders to identify all (if any) problem areas. A simple clog could be the issue.
Please call the office and ask for a mgr to explain pricing. Prices are based on the description of the job provided by the customer. If you are uncertain of the issue then schedule an inspection and they will diagnose the problem for you.
The workers put the debris in a garbage bag and usually leave it curbside for us. They leave the property clean.
They do clean dryer vents though I haven't used them for that. I have been using them for many years on my gutters and once to clean the roof. Mostly a positive experience and I will continue to use them.
