The worst customer service. I called repeatedly to get an order placed. The rep messed up the order, charged me for delivery and the did not make it right by acknowledging the mess up or offering to fix it.

Needed some wide Mohagany stepping. To rebuild a turn of the century staircase on a brownstone project we have. Not many places can get such beautiful lumber. Called up board and beams and they had stock of it and is reasonably-priced! Worked with Steve "Z" (there are 3 Steve's) super nice guy and very helpful. The navigation brought us to the complex they are located in, but the signs are very small and the place is confusing. All in all worth the little aggravation to find the place.. I will update the final staircase when the project is completed. They also have a full selection of other species if wood, molding and sheet goods. Give them a try, if you know what your looking for.

I have edited this and changed my review multiple times... To reflect the ups and downs... and now IMO ups of this business. Without getting into a monotonous diatribe.... Things used to be good, they took a slight turn downwards for me after some changing of employees... BUT the company was responsive to my critique and took the time and made the effort to contact me and try to correct the situation. I am genuinely hope this continues and that I am able to continue doing business with them !

Hello. Unfortunately we would not be able to do that as we dont do any service to outside material.
It's an open air lumber yard. I've worn a mask as do many of the workers. You are separated from cashiers by plexiglass and can't enter the office. Always felt comfortable here. Great lumber, great prices and great people helping you.
I know that they have that ability however I'm not sure about bringing in your own slabs. You have nothing to lose by reaching out to them.

It is expencive if you think it is , you get what you pay for you want good quality wood dry and ready to work they ha e great selection and for what u get I thing is priced ok I'm a cabinet maker a d buy tons off t Wood here
