They do clean dryer vents though I haven't used them for that. I have been using them for many years on my gutters and once to clean the roof. Mostly a positive experience and I will continue to use them.
No they clean my gutters only. The tech who cleaned gutters would not tell me what was wrong with gutters either. Instead he stated threre"a problem and the office will contact you. Now the problem was the follow up. After three days no contact I called and got no humans but an answering machine left message.The company took nearly three weeks to call back. At that point I told them about their shotty service and directed them to remove me from there phone list. The company called until I blocked them from my number. Horrible! Don't Use! Follow up sucked! I don't recommend!
