My order finally they got on Friday afternoon that was done on Wednesday. Then was told I’d get my order the next day. That was this Saturday. And guess what No Order‼️ It’s unfortunate for me that their word or diligence is baseless‼️😠😡😠

Received a call from Lily. She is from account management. She is the sweetest, my doctor ordered medical supplies for my post surgery wound and she called me to explain about the process of getting the supplies delivered. Many questions were asked, she was extremely patient. It was nice talking to her.

As a professional in the medical field I have never dealt with such ignorance and disrespect. As an RN who calls companies all the time to order supplies for my patients, this company is by far the absolute worse and I will be passing this on to other health care professionals to take their business elsewhere. Which is exactly what I did. Call CHC they are the best to deal with. Very professional, helpful and respectful.
