the signs are fascinating, i learned that wall lake used to be 8ft deep, now its 32ft deep because they cleared all the runoff/sediment out. and the wetlands have been added or built up to filter the pesticides and mitigate more sediment from all the slick fields surrounding it.

I love going to Wall Lake because the view is GORGEOUS and its usually not very busy. If you wanna spend the day there or just a few hours it's the perfect place. I highly recommend this place if you visit Sioux Falls.

For what it is it's alright. Kinda lame you can't camp there or bring your dogs!! What the heck. Anyways close to town, it's a lake and free. Good place to bring the kids.

Is the lake still good for swimming or is it getting green?Do you pay an entrance fee?
I have no idea, I was just visiting with some co workers. I just moved here in November.
I've seen dogs go to the lake all the time just dont let them be around other people unless they come up and visit the dog themselves
