I go in for an eye exam on June 14th, I was told the exam would be $100. 2 months later I get a bill for $288 Dated August 10th and only have 20 days to pay it. I get an $86.40 Discount and already paid $100 upfront, so now I owe $101.60. I call in to see why I owe more and they said the $100 is just an estimate, well being charged almost 3x as much later is not an estimate, and seeing someone was charged $500 it looks like its their "starting at" to get you in the door to scam you later on. The lady then offered me a 4 month payment plan, charged my card, then said they can no longer offer it because the amount due is now less than $100... after being on hold for a supervisor I was told that I can get the payment refunded to "qualify" for the payment plan again. Then i'd pay half now, half next month, and that will be the actual payment plan, not what I was told before. Overall their a huge mess to deal with, bunch of scammers, don't train their employees properly and I'd never come back again or recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Bondalapati is an excellent and caring doctor, which is a rarity these days. I will and would Highly recommend her to anyone who has problems with their sight.

Was told it was going to be $100 for eye exam, the received a $500 bill! Just for an exam! Very rushed appointment. Not patient oriented. On the paperwork I indicated I was having pain in my eye and no one asked me about it. Why did I have to do all that paperwork if no one reads it?? Oh, yeah-it’s so they can charge you $500 for a eye exam and make you pay the bill because you signed the paper.

Sense Wake Forest took Parkwood eye center over it is not the same. The staff is not very nice and the wait is way to long. My experience was terrible.
