Doesn't deserve even 1 star. I went there for my endometriosis. They sent me to Mt. Airy for an MRI, I dropped the results off at the office after I was done there. I waited 4 weeks, called multiple times, and never heard anything back from TWC. When they finally answered the phone, they said they didn't have anything in my records. So I made another appointment and I literally had to tell Dr. Moon my whole situation all over again. She gave me birth control and said she was referring me to a different doctor that would know more about my situation. It's been 2 months. I've never got a call. So, I made a trip back to WV to see my old doctor. I do not recommend going here. They don't care and they don't do their job at all.

I went here for my annual pap smear recently. The nurses were lovely and did their jobs well, however, the procedure was horrible and super uncomfortable for me because Dr. Moon did not inform me of anything she did during it. You can imagine how it feels to be in such a vulnerable state undergoing an invasive and intimate procedure without the comfort of forewarning or explanation. This is not the kind of experience women and girls should have when getting pap tests. I am very grateful for the nurse that kept up conversation throughout the procedure, otherwise I would have been a lot more upset during it. If you are a parent to a young woman or are a young woman getting her first pap smear, choose to go elsewhere.
