Had gallbladder removed in Day Surgery. Nicest nurses and great surgeon. Felt very little pain afterwards and none the next day. Highly recommend!

If I could give it a 0, I would. I worked 5 years in an ER and under no medical, explicable reason should a 2 year old dehydrated baby be left waiting while the employees get a Moe's delivery. Complete and utter disregard of medical standards and policies. If it weren't for my son, I wouldn't even be here. I've already told me wife never to bring me here. If something happens to me and I'm in need of medical attention, I'd rather die than have to come here.

This has got to be one of the best hospitals I've ever been in! They rank right up there with Wake Forest Baptist!!!!! My nurses have been so amazing as well as the doctors!!! So compassionate and you can tell they love their job! When I get back on my feet I am going to bring them something to show my appreciation <3 I am on the 4th floor in room 443-B I'm still here I just want to brag on the amazing care I am receiving from the ER Monday night to the wonderful people doing my scans and tests and the nurses and all the docs from the ER to the ones I have up here while I am in here Dr Grey and Dr Hata!! and the PCM ladies I've met as well!!! <3 April Glass

Hi Melinda, We are not affiliated with Atrium Health or Lifepoint. We are actually one of the few remaining independent and locally-governed hospitals in North Carolina.
That changes based on the flow of incoming emergency traffic. The time is always subje6 to change, but from personal experience it's about 5-10 minutes.
If we were all doctors and nurses, we wouldn't have clients and we wouldn't have jobs

Yes
They have a designated area u go into and they swab your nose. It's not the ER its an entrance down below the ER once you're there they will tell u where to go
Call back out there and tell them what's going on and ask them if they can call in either a generic form of the medicine or a different kind of medication
The only way is through your health care provider.
Wow
Case by case just call nurses desk
The hospital is still under the same name. Come to the ER they will assist you in which direction you need medically. Yes they do have programs to assist you. They will see what works best for you. Catawba Valley Medical Center is an excellent hospital.
Unsure
Thanks I appreciate you and no no bleeding
Hi Freda, please visit the Financial Questions page (https://bit.ly/2GMNlhE) on our website and look for the section labeled "List of Standard Charges" for more information. Thanks!
I live closer to Glynn R. Frye Hospital & due to being A Open Heart Surgery Survivor 15+ year's I go to them they have Heart Doctors but I can tell you both Hospital ER's have A Long wait according really to how urgently have A need to be seen is usually both Hospital's try to do the Best they can equally to all individuals and why they are there and the one's for emergency needs will be priorities.
Yes.
Depends on when the flu starts kicking into high gear. We just posted signs about 2 weeks ago discouraging anyone under 13 to come. If u are insistent on coming anyways just wash your hands! There are alcohol foams everywhere.
no not on duty on call yea.
You can also contact someone through the birthing center or the pavilion and they can get the process started for you
That's a guestion you should ask the medical staff on that floor seriously most questions such as this is only a phone call away. They will connect you to the person you need to ask. Some require you don't leave that floor I do know that much.. Just call is the best advice I can give you.
I had the best care here versus Frye Hospital.
You may want to ask your doctor. I've used bleach with water before and it works.
