So I sent my boyfriend to trade in games not thinking that there was a age limit because I have went in when I was 10 and 11 and traded games in and got cash for them. The worker waits for him to put all his stuff in and checks his Id then proceeds to tell him you have to be 17 after asking his age. So he proceeds to come get me so I can go trade in the games but when I get up there the guy changes his mind and says you have to be 18 and it’s always been 18 that he could give me store credit for it. It wouldn’t have made me mad if they had told him that upfront but they didn’t. All together their customer service is terrible and they have terrible selection of games.

My experience here could have been better, but the guy that was helping me acted like he didn't know much about the game questions that I had for him.I was a little disappointed in that.
