My family has been customers for 50 years and still are. I took over the house i grew up in and have noticed a sharp decline in customer service. Trash left over in the street for me to pick back up on occasion, and garbage can, or tote whatever they call it pushed up against the car out front on a flat street. All this after their price hike! I have been reading reviews and I'm saving my breath calling rude office people to tell them the new sheriff of the old family is ready to bounce. I'm going to give them enough rope to hang themselves. You don't hike the price up on unlimited service because you can't live up to your service pitch?

Pleasant and polite staff. Very user friendly and accommodating. We rented a 30yard container, and it was Way less expensive than many of the other carriers around. Would strongly recommend freehold cartage over the other local services available.

We have used the company at least 5 times with no issues. I totally trusted them and recommended the company to my daughter this past week. What an ordeal it became! They no longer allow U Haul trucks because of some change in policy. However, they allowed All the other commercial trucks in. We then had to scramble to find a private truck on short notice. We then were told we had to leave the premises and could not transfer the items from the UHaul to the second truck. We had to leave to transfer the items and return to dump them. The dumpster we used was the 1st one near the entrance. This entire process could have been 20 minutes tops! It took us over 2 hours because this company has issues with U Haul. They were a top company making trash disposal so convenient and now they were just a nightmare. You should post on your website you no longer allow UHaul trucks to avoid distressing your clients unnecessarily. Total disappointed in the lack of service provided.
