Everything about our stay here was excellent! Great location, awesome pool & jacuzzi, and the decor was lovely. The hotel has a rustic/woodsy theme. Staff was very friendly. The price was great for our weekend getaway!

Great find! Gorgeous pool and hot tub open late, quirky lodge design with multiple fireplaces and cozy areas to sit. Decent breakfast. Great price for the area and 4 minute drive to Galena. Check out Grape Escape for live music every night. Only complaint is the key card entry for our room was very temperamental

Our room was not cleaned. They change the bedding but thats about it. Trash under the beds and other furniture. The door cards work about 1 out of 5 tries . .Breakfast was good. Pool was good.

Decided to stay here for a snowboarding weekend at Chestnut mountain. There were kids screaming, throwing things and slamming doors. The walls are paper thin and can hear alarms going off in other rooms. We could not sleep the whole time we were there. It was awful. We couldn’t get any food delivered either because of the location. We stayed two nights and paid a little over $450 for one room and certainly one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. It wasn’t like super dirty but it also wasn’t super clean and our sheets had some like palm sized stains on them. Also, the desk never answered when we would try to call down for stuff. Def never staying there ever again. Edit: My husband, his little sister and I didn’t exactly have the best experience when we stayed here a while back. However, the new manager, Trevor Harris, was amazing and made sure to reach out to us and hear us out. We were offered a full refund and after hearing the new managers plan to better the customer service and overall experience we would be happy to give it another chance and see all the improvements in the future! Overall - Awesome management and customer service from Trevor Harris! (Thank you for all your help and for really turning around the experience for us.) - Great recovery!
