Filthy rooms, mold, peeling paint, and bugs among other problems. Because my wife and I had driven to the resort after a hard day and week at work and didn’t look like we were rich, I feel the older woman (who was not friendly at all) at check in judged us and gave us a far away room. Guess she wanted to keep us away from the well to do guests at the wedding. They must put their time and money into weddings. The resort is old and unkept. Golf course definitely not worth the money. Left a message at the front desk to have management call me. Of course nobody did. Thanks for ruining the vacation time for a first responder and teacher. Stay away!

This place is beautiful and I will definitely go back. The view from the patio was great, I loved the walking trails and the boats. I did not give 5 star's because the food service was awful. The 1 restaurant open was to busy to serve us and wouldn't do takeout. Room service was not active. The Hot Air Balloon Festival was nice

We had our wedding at Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa! Our guests could not stop talking about how kind, helpful and incredible the service and staff was at Eagle Ridge. Truly, the sweetest, most professional people to work with on your wedding weekend and beyond. From the first meeting, where Maggie went above and beyond for us, to our tasting , to the full weekend of activities - Eagle Ridge and Maggie delivered. All around our experience was incredible. Our day ran so smoothly, looked gorgeous and our guests had the best time. We did not have to worry about a thing, down to Maggie grabbing me a drink before hitting our cocktail hour. We could not have had the fun, magical and love filled wedding we did without Eagle Ridge. I highly recommend this gorgeous venue with this amazing team!

It's with a heavy heart that I have to write this review. My Family and I stayed at the Looms Nest cabin at the End of the May that was suppose to be a celebration of our daughters graduation. Instead .. we came in to a Half Cleaned Mold Infested Cabin. I called house cleaning to get the problem resolved. Instead she informed me it's a Maintenance Problem. I contacted the Manager Sarah in which she told me since i had to clean my own cabin she would reimburse me $90 for a cleaning fee. I told her that not good enough. She put my Family in danger. There is still a whole Pandemic out here and cleanliness is the whole cure to keep from catching it. I ask to speak with someone besides her but the way Eagle Ridge has there complaint line set up. There is No one else. We have been vacating with Eagle Ridge for over 5 years and I will never again. I paid Hilton Prices for a Motel 6 Resort. I am beyond hurt...
