This veterinarian is A-1. The entire staff is extremely empathetic and attentive with one goal in mind: providing care to the animals. We brought my dog, Achilles, in after he was mauled by two unleashed dogs in the neighborhood. The check-in process was quick, the team triaged him and got him in a room right away to be examined. Not long after waiting, we were called in the room with him to go over the treatment with the doctor which was thorough and incredibly helpful. Now, a few days later, our little man is recovering better than expected. Huge thank you to Tara, J.T., and Dr. C. for their efforts.

My dog started vomiting profusely and couldn't stop as we were getting ready to go to bed. Linwood was friendly and efficient and quickly triaged him and reassured me that he'd be ok overnight. It was a refreshing experience (albeit pricey as a walk-in!) and I was lucky to get in just as they were closing. Dr. Cooper was wonderful!

Very professional, friendly staff. Their concern for all of the pets shows. Took Heath in the back right away. He was bit by another dog. All showed their professionalism.

Staff are very friendly and respect privacy. If a staff member comes from the back to speak to anyone at the front desk the person from the front desk goes into the Hall to speak quietly so that their conversation cannot be overheard. Working in healthcare I value that level of privacy. Customer service is fantastic. Physicians explain clearly what is happening. They are confident and have the availability of reaching out to specialist in their network.
