My wife and I stayed in the Pearl Under the Sea room and it was as great as we thought it would be. The room did get a little humid an ld musky because of the whirlpool in the room, but it wasn't an issue. The location was perfect as everything was a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!

This is a no frills hotel. Quick breakfast eats, kinda dingy bathrooms, comfy bed with scratchy comforters and located a little too far to walk to downtown. BUT.... if you are looking for a solid, clean and budget-friendly stay at a good price near downtown, this is an excellent pick with a few walkable places to check out nearby.

Positive: The front desk staff was very friendly. The location was great for us. I loved the chairs on the balcony they had for each room, it was nice sitting out there with my morning coffee. Negative: They didn't have a working elevator which for us wasn't an issue because it was only about 10 steps up but for others that can't do stairs that may be an issue.

Positive: Every member of the staff was really nice. It was like they went out of their way to hire friendly people who had pride in their job. Negative: The b'kfast spread was good but there were some odd, really fixable things.There was only one toaster & only half of it worked. They ran out of ketchup. This was odd because for $20 they could have bought a new toaster & a bottle of ketchup from Target.
