Sandcastle is a private club and you must be with a club member Kiawah Island Golf Resort pools are for Resort guest and Governor's Club members, there is a fee to use their pools if you are a guest of a Governor's Club Member, to the best of my knowledge

No. Non-residents or renters are not permitted at The Sandcastle pool. Only property owners and their guests are permitted, and guest fees apply.

Can someone renting a house on Kiawah Island use the fitness center t Sandcasle Community Center for a fee?

The Sandcastle is open to community members and their guests only. Vacation rentals do not have access to The Sandcastle.
