The employees I've encountered have all been kind, and extremely helpful. Their prices are better than most places, which is obviously a bonus. I'll continue to shop there either way. I feel so comfortable there, because of how friendly everyone who works there has been to me. I have social anxiety, and going anywhere in public is a struggle for me. This is the only store that I feel so at ease going into. I don't want to shop anywhere else!

Used to come in here all the time *daily and if I didn't happen to have my identification they wouldn't sell to me even though they sold to me every single day before that. I am a firm believer of customer service. You'd think they would treat their regulars with a little more respect. Especially when one goes in there everyday! I now go to Smoke city and have never once had a problem with id. It was almost like some of them got satisfaction turning customers away. I seen it with my own eyes.
