Hello Eleni, like Kyle suggested you first have to go to your local Police Department and apply for you NJ firearms ID card, at that time you will also want to apply for you handgun permits. We suggest you get 3 of them as the process can take some time and this will save you a trip back to the PD. Any other questions feel free to give us a call.
