I lived here for 11 months and it was such an overpriced unit for a lack of quality. From the application process where staff members were problems to bad appliances (the dishwasher doesn't dry and maintenance just says that's the type of dishwasher so there was no fix), to appliances needed to be moved when I moved in because the dryer door wouldn't open all the way, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, bathroom door lock didn't work, slider door fell off the track, no showing of my apartment, issues with deliveries, packages stolen with no help from the office and lack of communication, and more. All for a place that presents themselves as "luxury" when they are nothing more than what looks like particle board and cheaply made units with a subpar staff to match. A waste of money for the quality received but that seems to be the trend. Just based on my personal experience.

The apartment is great as is the 6600 property management team, but Graham Corporate has made several abysmal changes over the last couple of months that are counterintuitive to resident retention. As an example, they're currently not giving residents the options for 12 month renewals and are only offering 7/9/10 month leases. Since you have to give notice within 60 days of moving, this translates to having to make a decision in 5/7/8 months after you sign a lease, respectively. This is likely to get new tenants in at the much higher market value. Once things "level out" though, this will be the new baseline. They'll unlikely "lower" rent to the previous normal before the market spike in Spring 2022. In the last 5 years as a Graham Property Resident, rent never increased more than $60 year over year. It went up $500/month (26%) this year. Early signs of gentrification? The property management team is great, but are bound by the rules of their corporate office (Graham Residential) which imposes arbitrary restrictions and their hands are often tied, so they can't really do much to help.

Whats so awful and discriminating from this place is there ignorant choice...If your credit score doesnt meet there dumb expectations you dont get approved although the credit is good, if my score us where you want it to be, why woukd I want to rent for that I buy...no sense at all, people can be building up there credit it takes time but that define the family, the family can still pay there rent and take care of the apartment...

Arrived for my tour, waited 20 minutes for the person to get off the phone so we could tour the only model unit they have (which is not the same unit I was interested in renting, Okay). Submitted all necessary documents and information by day #2 after visiting the building. This is where it gets tricky. I've never dealt with such incompetence from a singular individual before in my life. This person repeatedly forgot information that was already discussed, misspelled an email address three times, could not contact a respectable well known firm because of a "time difference" to conduct my employment verification, and then gave me attitude over the phone when i tried explaining to her that she was reaching out to my second employer. I was still charged the $100 application fee despite her incompetence and inability to contact my primary employer despite having several phone numbers. Truly disappointing as I like the area but unfortunately just not meant to be. Was so frustrated by the entire process I gave up on it entirely. I will just rent elsewhere. **Update. Called the number left below only to be given more excuses and be told that I would not be getting my $100 refunded. Stay away from these people, read the reviews.
