At the time I really enjoy time at my apartment. The area is very nice environment and you walking distant to main street and the movie theater. The only problem I had was the parking was overcrowded and anyone who comes in after 12:00am will mostly likely parking their car outside the gate. Because I worked night shift I mostly never park in the gated parking. In the future parking needs to be improve or assign parking.

Posting anonymously.... I've lived in Fountain House for a few years now, and it's gone completely downhill from before. The neighborhood has been declining and the maintenance for the building itself has been non existent. From leaves pilled up all over the place for months to dirty hallways and stairs covered in stains and millions of bugs. always promised to be "pressure washed." Don't get me started on the Fountain House staff itself, mainly the ladies in the office have zero manners or patience, filled with smug attitudes. I definitely will not be renewing my lease here. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere in Miramar if you're thinking about renting here.

I lived in Bull Run Apartment for one year and half and the experience was amazing. After that I moved to Fountain house apartments. The experience continue being great. Nice building, locates just in Main Street with pretty apartments, very renovate. The office staff is very friendly: Nancy, Rene are very professional. I so happy to be part of Fountain house community.

I lived at fountain house apartments for several years and had no issues there. It is nice & clean & well maintained. The leasing office staff is very nice & helpful. I took off 1 star because of how expensive it is but that is due to the location & is comparable to all the other over priced apts in this area. If you can afford to live in the heart of Miami Lakes then Fountain House is an excellent choice.
