Hands down the best gym in South Florida. Huge variety of equipment for both powerlifting AND bodybuilding. As a powerlifting competitor it is pretty tough finding a gym that has the correct racks, bars, and accessory equipment needed - this gym has it all. The staff is very nice and helpful, you can really see that they care and the members have created a family atmosphere. Proud to be part of this gym.
