The staff is very rude, while I was in the steam room the lady that was working the front desk, opened the door to the stream room, did not say a word, would not close the door, only because she wanted to clear out the pool area with 18 minutes remaining to close, I'm 100% sure of the time because I had my cell phone with me. That's the kind of service to be expected when a third world country is managing the show. this place sucks.

I asked them to put back more cleaning sprays, they had them for a while, that is useful for users who do not want to use a machine sweated by someone else. I hope you know how to listen to your clientele
